Arkansas CMA Awards

Joe and I were nominated for “Vocal Group of the Year” in the 2021 Arkansas CMA Awards! Since there wasn’t a “Vocal Duo” of the year, we were officially a “group”! We had the most wonderful time walking the red carpet with the likes of Billy Dean and Pam Tillis. It was “dress up” time for these two pickers and singers! Joe wore the most handsome of black cowboy tuxedo’s to be found with beautiful black boots and I wore a dress that I ordered from Europe! We felt like country music royalty for at least that one night!

We were joined at the show by my sister (Twila Gale), my brother and sister-in-law (Adam Holman and Deborah Walden), our friends (Mike Kiser and Emma Samadi). What a wonderful time we all had that night in Conway, Arkansas!

Joe and I didn’t win, but we felt like winners from the time we were notified we were nominated. To be in that group of talented singers and musicians is, indeed, a grand prize in itself1
